How long will my order take?

Dispatch. We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours. We often dispatch orders on the same day that we receive them (especially those we receive in the morning).

Delivery Deliveries take between 1 and 5 days, depending on the destination and the service selected. 

Typical delivery period. Most deliveries take between 1 and 3 days
Johannesburg / Pretoria - next day 
Durban - 1 to 2 days (usually next day)
Bloemfontein - 1 to 2 days (usually next day)
Cape Town - 2 to 3 days (usually 2 days)
Main centres - 1 to 4 working days (usually 1 to 2 days) 
Outlying/remote areas - 2 to 5 days (seldom over 4 days)

Delivery times. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 08h00 and 17h00. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

EFT/ bank deposit. If you choose to make payment by EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched after the payment reflects in our bank account. If you pay via credit card, we receive payment almost immediately and this will not lead to delay for payment.

Exceptional circumstances, eg adverse weather, floods, road closures, unrest/protests, industrial action, etc. could delay delivery. We will communicate as much information as possible, however, these delays are not grounds for a refund or cancellation of an order. 

Out-of-stock. We stock a large range of products in our stores and we are constantly replenishing stock. A product that you have ordered may be temporarily out-of-stock. If this happens, we will contact you to find out what you prefer us to do. The options are usually to offer a refund on the out-of-stock product, delay the dispatch of your order temporarily, break your order into multiple deliveries or substitute for an alternative product or pack size.

Communication. We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. We'll let you know which courier has your order and the waybill number attached, enabling you to track the progress of your delivery.
