Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is the primary mineral responsible for strong bones and teeth. Magnesium is a mineral that plays an important role in maintaining healthy bones and is necessary for proper functioning of nerves and muscles. Magnesium is needed for calcium absorption and it is therefore important to have an appropriate balance of both minerals in order for them to be effective.

Each 2 capsules contains:
Calcium (Calcium Phosphate) 325 mg
Magnesium (Amino Acid Chelate) 150 mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecaciferol) 200 iu
Vitamin K2 45 mcg
Zinc (Zinc Gluconate) 7.5 mg
Copper (Amino Acid Chelate) 1 mg
Manganese (Amino Acid Chelate) 1 mg
Folic Acid 100 mcg
Potassium (Amino Acid Chelate) 10 mg
Boron (Amino Acid Chelate) 1 mg
Phosphorus (Calcium Phosphate) 160 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested Usage:
Take two (2) capsules per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
