Each capsule contains:
Iron (from Amino Acid Chelate) 24 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested Usage:
Take one (1) capsule daily on an empty stomach, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
