St John's Wort 350mg

St John's Wort, Hypericum perforatum, is a wild flowering herb with distinctive yellow blooms which has been used for the past 2,000 years as a medicinal herb. The petals and leaves of the plant contain a number of unique substances such as hypericin and hyperforin and it is thought that these substances are responsible for its mood-enhancing action.

Each capsule contains:
St Johns Wort Extract (0.3% hypericin) 350 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested Usage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. 
Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool dry place.
Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you suffer from any mental illness, avoid using St John's Wort.
Stop using St John's Wort at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery.
Couples trying to conceive should avoid using St John's Wort. 
If you are taking blood thinning medication such as warfarin, avoid using St John's Wort.
St John's Wort may interfere with the effectiveness of the oral contraceptive pill.
If you are taking chronic prescription medication, consult your health care practitioner before using St John's Wort.
Pregnant & breast feeding women should avoid using this product.
St John's Wort may cause an increased sensitivity to sunlight.
