Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin. It's not naturally stored in the body, therefore it must be obtained through food or supplements. Vitamin B6 supports the production of hormones, red blood cells, neurotransmitters, enzymes and prostaglandins. It's required for the production of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to body tissues and for the production of serotonin, a brain neurotransmitter that controls mood, appetite, sleep patterns and sensitivity to pain. Vitamin B6 provides numerous health benefits including promoting healthy homocysteine levels, nervous system function, brain health and mood.

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 25 mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) capsule daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
