BCAA Alpha

BCAA Alpha contains branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. These essential amino acids have been shown to increase energy production, extend endurance and support muscle recovery. BCAA assists in the building of lean muscle when combined with regular training and a healthy balanced diet.

Each capsule contains:
L-Leucine 250mg
L-Isoleucine 125mg
L-Valine 125mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested usage:
Take five (5) capsules before, during, or after workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. On non-training days, take five (5) capsules first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
