Calcium Chelate

Calcium contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, normal muscle function, normal blood clotting, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal neurotransmission, normal function of digestive enzymes and is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Each capsule contains:
Calcium Amino Acid Chelate 500mg
(providing elemental Calcium 100mg)

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested Usage:
Take five (5) capsules 1-2 times daily with a meal. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
