Chondroitin Sulphate 250mg

Chondroitin is a naturally occurring substance in the body responsible for the elasticity of cartilage - the tough, connective tissue that cushions the joints. Chondroitin attracts and holds large amounts of water to the cartilage-building proteoglycan molecules. Since cartilage has no blood supply, this fluid is necessary to nourish and lubricate joints. It may also block enzymes that break down cartilage and it provides the building blocks for the body to produce new cartilage.

Each capsule contains:
Chondroitin Sulphate 250mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) to three (3) capsules twice daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
