Cinnamon is derived from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, an evergreen tree of the Laurel family. Cinnamon Extract is one of the world's most widely used digestive aids and may help support healthy blood sugar levels by improving the effectiveness of insulin action. Cinnamon extract contains potent antioxidants which may help to support cardiovascular function.

Each capsule contains:
Cinnamon Extract (4:1) 250mg
(Cinnamon equivalent 1000mg)

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) capsule (after meal), once or twice a day, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
