CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a beneficial unsaturated fatty acid naturally present in dairy and meat products. CLA can help reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. CLA is also a potent antioxidant providing protection against the harmful effects of free radicals. CLA may also improve immune response.

Each softgel capsule contains:
CLA (80%) Oil 1000mg (providing Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) 800mg)
Vitamin E 2mg

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) softgel three (3) times daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
