Magnesium oxide is used for the relief of heartburn and a sore stomach, as an antacid, a magnesium supplement, and as a short-term laxative. It is also used to improve symptoms of indigestion.

Each capsule contains:
Calcium Ascorbate 300mg, providing
- Vitamin C 249mg
- Calcium 27mg
Magnesium Oxide 300mg, providing
- Magnesium 175mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine).

Suggested usage:
Take four (4) capsules with a glass of water on an empty stomach. Wait at least one and a half hours after consumption before eating, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 

Important information:
Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

Do not refrigerate. Always follow the directions. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use this product under the supervision of their health care practitioner. High doses can result in chronic diarrhea - these symptoms will stop when you stop taking the product. Nausea and cramping may occur.

Side effects of magnesium oxide may include nausea and cramping.
