L Glutamine powder

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid (building block of protein) in the bloodstream and is transported and metabolized in the majority of tissues. Glutamine may be regarded as one of the most important of the amino acids when the body is subjected to trauma and/or metabolic stress. 

Each measure contains:
L Glutamine

Suggested usage:
Take 1 to 5g twice daily on an empty stomach, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. 

(Heaped Teaspoon = +- 5g)

Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you suffer from, or have a history of epilepsy avoid using L Glutamine. If you have a liver disease avoid using large doses of L Glutamine. Avoid using this product if you are allergic to MSG, Do not use L Glutamine while receiving chemotherapy. It can be used after the treatment is completed but not during the treatment period. Pregnant & breast feeding women should avoid using this product. Mild gastric discomfort has been reported if dose exceeds 20g - reduce dose immediately.
