Nutritional support to provide beneficial intestinal bacteria. 

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria found in the digestive tract. They are essential for proper digestion and perform several useful functions, including preventing the overgrowth of yeast and other pathogens, as well as synthesizing B-complex vitamins and vitamin K. It is advisable to use a probiotic during and after a course of antibiotics to maintain the balance of beneficial bacteria at all times.

When ingested regularly, probiotics should improve or normalize the microbial balance in the human intestines and thereby improve the functioning of the digestive tract/gut.

Each daily dose provides: 2 Billion Live organisms
Lactobacillus acidophilus 1 billion live organisms
Bifidobacterium longum 333 million live organisms
Bifidobacterium bifidum 333 million live organisms
Bifidobacterium intantis 333 million live organisms
Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) 100mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Inulin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take two (2) capsules every morning before breakfast, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are using antibiotics, do not take probiotics simultaneously; wait at least half an hour.

Store in a dry place below 25°C, refrigerate if possible. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.
