Taurine 500mg

Taurine is an amino acid that functions with glycine and gamma-aminobutyric acid as a neuroinhibitory transmitter. During periods of extreme physical exertion, the body no longer produces the required amounts of Taurine, and a relative deficiency results. Taurine acts as a metabolic transmitter and has additional detoxifying effects, as well as strengthening cardiac contractility. Taurine does play an important role in bile acid metabolism.

Each capsule contains:
Taurine 500 mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), nothing else.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) to five (5) capsules per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you suffer from bipolar disorder, avoid using large doses of Taurine. If you are taking chronic prescription medication, consult your health care practitioner before using this product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.

The bovine capsules used to make this product are certified both halal and kosher.
