Valerian Root 150mg

Valerian is a herb prepared from the roots of the flowering plant native to Europe, Asia, and America. Valerian extract may act as a sedative in states of agitation and as a stimulant in cases of extreme fatigue. It may also help improve sleep patterns without the unpleasant side effects associated with sleeping pills.

Each capsule contains:
Valerian Root Extract (4:1) 150mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) to two (2) capsules approximately 1 hour before bedtime, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. 

Important information:
Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you are using medication to promote sleep, avoid using Valerian. Do not take Valerian with alcohol. Pregnant & breast feeding women should avoid using this product.
