Vitamin B12 25mcg

Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin with a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system and for the formation of blood. It is one of the eight B vitamins. It is normally involved in the metabolism of every cell of the human body, especially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia that makes people tired and weak.

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 25mcg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. 

Important information:
Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you are undergoing Angioplasty, avoid using Vitamin B12. Individuals suffering form Megaloblastic Anaemia should avoid using Vitamin B12. Safety in pregnancy and breast feeding has not been established, do not use.
