Vitamin C prevents bruising, promotes healing and keeps ligaments, tendons and gums strong and healthy. It's found in some concentration in fruits and vegetables, however citrus fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes and leafy greens are the best sources. Buffered vitamin C plus citrus bioflavonoids makes it the ideal supplement for individuals with sensitive stomachs.
