Zinc is an essential trace mineral required by our immune system to stay healthy and function properly. Zinc is important for healthy skin, maintaining healthy muscles and the efficient healing of wounds. Zinc also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood and adolescence.

Each capsule contains:
Zinc (from Amino Acid Chelate) 25mg

Other ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Suggested usage:
Take one (1) capsule per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. 

Important information:
Consult your health care practitioner before taking this or any other product. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients.

If you are HIV positive, avoid using zinc. People with kidney disease should avoid large doses of zinc. If you are on a course of antibiotics, avoid using zinc. Pregnant & breast feeding women can use zinc - Do not exceed the dose of one capsule per day.
